These Terms of Use govern access to the Finconex platform by Third Party Providers (TPPs). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You represent that you are authorized to register on behalf of your organization, that you use a valid company email address, and that your organization meets applicable regulatory requirements to operate as an AISP, PISP, or both in the jurisdictions you serve.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, for activity under your account, and for ensuring information provided during registration and onboarding is accurate and kept up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Finconex services in violation of applicable law, PSD2/open banking rules, or Central Bank of Bahrain requirements.

4. Sandbox and production

Access to sandbox and production environments may be subject to separate approvals, technical certification, and contractual arrangements. Finconex may suspend or revoke access where compliance or security requirements are not met.

5. Intellectual property

Finconex retains all rights in the platform, documentation, and branding. No license is granted except as required to use the services in accordance with your agreement with Finconex.

6. Disclaimer and limitation

The platform is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Finconex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the registration or onboarding portals except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
